The SmartPhone and perhaps SCKL formats should work with most Nokias.

That's probably a patch I did a lot of time ago, it never made it into the
main tree (it lacked documentation, for starters).
If that's the one you're talking about, no, it's not part of 1.4.3. I'm
working on a newer, cleaner version btw.
