if u look at kannel.conf i have set dlr_url..
dlr-url = http://smpp.xxx.com/dl.php?dlr=%d;
now in php script u can see dlr-mask=31 and the dlr_url is encoded.
$dlrurl = http://smpp.xxx.com/dl.php?dlr=%d;;
$durl = urlencode($dlrurl);

Are you sure that your carrier is sending the dlrs to you? Put log-level to 0
an check your smsc logs, the dlr should be there (it's a deliver_sm pdu similar
to an MO but you'll recognize it by the payload).

No. The calls are exactly exactly the same. The only difference you see is
the agent, which in the first case is Mozilla, in the second is Kannel.
Follow Alejandro's advice and post maximum detail bb logs (log-level = 0) of
at least one deliver_sm pdu.

A dedicated modem is a better choice, more stable and higher troughput. In
addition, several phones have problems receiving DLRs.
