hello yall,
Has anyone successfully sent an OTA service message to
a Nokia phone, i'm trying to send one to a nokia 6820
it gets to the SMSC with no error reports but never
gets to the phone.
it's like, I really don't know what's wrong, any
pointer would be appreciated.
