Can I do HLR lookup over kannel ???
I wanted to do below flow,
1) Will send request from my application to kannel using send sms url of
kannel (http://kannel-url/cgi-bin/send-sms?to=x
http://kannel-url/cgi-bin/send-sms?to=xtext=aa text=aa)
2) Kannel

Allways copy kannel list. This way others can benefit from discussion
and also add their opinions.
About your new question, this is only possible when using SMPP links.
Almost all operator does not allow to change that info with modem/AT
devices.
