The sandbox exists so that the committers can experiment with ideas that
may or may not end up as an official piece of software. There are
drawbacks to using something from the sandbox, as as you have already
noted. Feel free to not use it :-)

I'm using the maven-buildnumber--plugin version 0.9.5
It works but I would like to have both a timestamp and the build number
from svn?
Is this possible?
