Impact of upgrading OS

I have been using OpenOffice version 2.4 for many years and have a substantial file archive of documents in that format.  I am finding it necessary to upgrade the OS to Windows 10 from windows Vista.  My question is will the documents prepared in 2.4 work with Windows 10?
