help with tabs

Hi good morning, 

I lost some tabs at the bottom of my spreadsheet and dont know how to
get them back. one day i opened it and they were gone! 

So the spreadsheet has different pages to insert different calculations.
 we are in a panic since if lost we would have to start completely over
for the month of july.

document trouble

Hi,

I am needing to open several documents that I have saved in the past,
however I am not able to do so.  When I open the Open Office application,
and I click on the drop down menu indicated by the arrow next to "open", I
see the documents that I need to open. However, when I click on the
documents, it says that "this document does not exist".  Not only is that
on my most recent ones that I need to work on, but also on many other
documents as well. It says that the documents are "shortcuts". I am not
sure what that means, however what i do know is that I have opened and
closed these few documents several times, all which I have saved each and
every time. Please let me know the best route for me to take ASAP.

Trouble

When I try to open OpenOffice, I get this message:

“The last time you opened OpenOffice, it unexpectedly quit while reopening 
windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again? If you choose not to 
reopen windows, you may have to open and position the windows yourself.”

The box gives me two options:  don’t reopen  and   reopen

When I click on either option, nothing happens and the box does not go away.

And I am unable to open OpenOffice.

   i hope you can give me some help. My computer is a 2013 iMac.

Recent dictionary update.

thesaurus. I have used OpenOffice for years. What has happened?

4.1.2 spread

Greetings!

I am running a 2 sheet project on Open Office 4.1.2.

When I try to run Page preview for sheet 1 it generates the Page preview for
sheet 2!  When I run page preview for page 2  it generates the page preview
for page 2 and can therefore print sheet 2. I am unable to print sheet 1 I
have tried to correct but to no avail

Can you help solve?

printing an envelope

Every time I try to print a #10 envelope, when I go to print, it shows a c6 or 
c5 envelope which is bigger and it won’t print.
I have tried many times using instructions.

blurred type

I looked at the user issues and see that someone else reported the same 
problem. This started to happen when the program was updated to the newest 
version 4.1.10. Not only blurred type but margin and line indicators pop up and 
randomly move around the page. This issue was also reported by the same person. 
I uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem still occurs.  I have been using 
Open Office for a number of years and recommend it to others, but never had 
this problem. 

Hoping there is a solution.

I have many spreadsheets that I backup to a memory stick.

I now have created a database and am trying to save it on the same path as the 
spreadsheets to the same memory stick which is  32GB and has plenty of room on 
it. But it will not save to it.

Can you please help me with this problem?

I am having difficulty running a database.
Having set up a database for my book collection, I find that after I start the 
first entry which is the author’s name, when I go to put the book title in. The 
author’s name disappear and a zero comes up.

Can you please help me with this problem.

Whatever I enter it finish up with a zero in place.

For some unknown reason Open Office will not download properly.  I have been 
using Open Office for years as I have found it to be MUCH better than the one 
that takes over your work.  Easy to use, and has all the extras.  After a 
thorough cleaning I noticed my Open Office had gone away.  So in my attempt to 
download it again, the logo will not come back (shows a Folder) and I cannot 
get it to open.  Perhaps you can guide me in the right direction.  Thanking you

Hey, I just have a curiosity question for you guys. I have been using
Apache Open Office for about 10 years now and I love it.
However, recently I went in to modify one of the documents that I have had
for several years now, and it says that the document is locked for editing.
How did this happen and how do I fix it?
