There's already a closed issue about this. The maintainers (at least those
who responded to the issue) don't feel it's a bug. It may not be in that it
works as designed however I do agree that being able to specify where nulls
sort would be very helpful.

someplace and open with a text editor. Have a look through it and you'll
see the page sizes; modify accordingly and then save the file with a
different name (perhaps myghostpdf.ppd). Now create a new pdf
