[SOGo] TB3 nightly lightning builds and ICS attachments

1- invitations received from other SOGo users within the same instance, you'll NOT see the buttons. This is by design right now. The calendar where the event is will be refreshed and you'll be able to accept/decline the invitation from any calendar views or from the Invitations window. Hmm,
