of the text block, and then scroll to the other end and shift-click. That
should select all the text in between.
I don't know how to do this while taking advantage of a bookmark at the second

That's not a bad idea, but it might be messy to implement. An easier
alternative would be to just change 'To page' to 'To page (deprecated)' or 'To
