Hi, I would not be surprised if a change in behavior happened recently, there was some reworking of the sdbc drivers recently which I think had the chance to touch basically all of them. NOTE: I'm not a developer of that code but I try to follow along with the generalities through the QA group.

BTW Currently the native MySQL ( MariaDB) sdbc has a setting ' FormsCheckrequiredFields' which can turn that function on or off. Checking just now the PostgreSQL sdbc code does not currently have that option. Yeah, that needs to go into the issue tracker for sure. Drew On Mon, Oct 1, 2018 at
