You forgot /var/qmail/control/virtualdomains.

1. Created vpop domains on new server
2. backup /home/vpopmail on old server
3. copy vpopmail.zip to new server under /home/vpopmail and unzip
4. run John Simpson vfixpermissions script
5. Done!
