I was running the old 3.3 version on a win2000pro
machine. And it worked.
All I changed was I upgraded my motherboard and
processor and now it doesnt.
When I use to hold my pointer over the vnc icon it
would show my external ip address.
Now it show this computers
firewall.
The destination address in the IP PASS-THROUGH
FILTER and INBOUND TUNNELS had to be changed to the
new internal IP address of my server.
Im posting this in hopes of helping the next guy with
this problem. (who knows. Maybe it will be me)
