Good morning.
I'm having the following problem.
I try to connecto to a remote PC by using REAL VNC, after entering IP and
password I can see the Windows login mask, but when I click on the account icon
and submit the password, VNC disconnects.
The same happens if the remote user is working

Hi,
I do work from home and using a VPN connection. When i connect my VNC it
hangs/disconnects after sometime, my VPN connection remain as it is and
that is not disconnected.
I am not sure if system administrators has done anything or i need to
something from my side. This used to work a week
Pankaj but I took advantage of your
intervention to mention my problem which is close to yours...

Subject: VNC disconnects
The time varies but after connecting to my home system from work, the
VNC will simply exit. Immediate attempts to reconnect will usually
disconnect as the screen is being redrawn. There are no problems
connecting from that system to others. I've not yet tested other
systems connecting to that
for
no apparent reason. I have tried both 3.3.7 and the new beta, both exhibit
the same behavior. I have installed RADMIN, a similar product to VNC, and
it works much better, with an occasional disconnect, but not often, whereas
VNC disconnects happen all the time.
Does the Java viewer work better

Does the Java viewer work better in this type of environment perhaps?
