Betsy, You may need to lower your MTU (maximum transmission unit) on your Netgear cable router. Your cable provider should let you know the correct setting. Your default will be 1500, try a setting like 1400, if it works raise the MTU. Best is to get the exact setting from the provider. Cheers,
