To Patrick: I don't use wondershaper, i use unishaper from MartinK (he
is from HKfree.org) he mades better shaper... I'll ask him if unishaper

As far as I know, only kernel patch is not enough, it needs iptables
patch as well. But you should know, I try not to maintain a separate
iptables build in voyage,

Like openswan support, Hermann worked with me closely to get openswan
userland and module in voyage.
But I had tested wondershaper in voyage-0.2. And it worked as expected.
