I spent the last week with setting up our new wiki. I've copied all
articles, users and most configuration settings, and enhanced them,
based on the recent MediaWiki version.
What is currently missing:

- caching (thus it might be slow)

You're welcome. I just notice I translated our language code in the
PHP-array wrong... I changed 'en_US' to 'nl'. I think our language code
is 'nl_NL'.
I have also translate the whole donation page and sended a request for
publication.
