I did an update on SilverStripe and published, and later got this
message from the SilverStripe mailer (below). I have never gotten a
message like this. Does this mean that the person's email is not
reachable or no longer valid?

FYI,
Not sure if this is happening to anyone else, but when I exit
SilverStripe admin, it now hiccups and opens a new tab and updates both
tabs with the same window (the one with the admin login/password).
Just thought I would let you know.
