--bind-address problem with *BSD

Hello, The --bind-address option doesn't seem to work correct with wget 1.6 on FreeBSD 4.2 and OpenBSD 2.8 when I compile it from the source off of ftp.gnu.org. I picked up 1.5.3 and the patch from the mailing list originally implementing this feature, then addad a bzero() of the sockaddr_in
