Is there a problem with the English (and the French) translation of the
bylaws or is it possible to give a date, when they are ready? It's
absolutely no problem, that the first deadline (end of November) has been
missed, but as it's now 10 days later, it would be nice, if you could give

Even if they are postate on the mailing list this would not be badly,
anyone could translate and a responsible would verify and integrate them.
