When I manually submit a patch to the Wine testbot, it refuses to test it if
the patch changes multiple tests. As a workaround I usually test a precompiled
.exe and submit it once for each modified test[1]. In the case of the ddraw
patch I sent today this missed test failures in 64 bit
This patch looks sane and fixes the tests on my machine, but causes no
changes to dsound capture behavior in Audacity. I don't have much of
an opinion on if it should go in for 1.4.

If I understand correctly the wanted solution is the translation
attribution will be per string basis meaning that we can attribute a
certain author to a string.
The only system I'm aware of that is capable of such thing is
TranslateWiki, which is a little overkill because we will have
