It's been years (decades?) since our esteemed architectural review board

I agree with the comments on this issue that a pay increase for Council
members in this climate is a bad move. The money just can't be an issue (I

sorts of expenses that school board members, city council members and

First of all, let me say that I have no formal connection to the Everland
Collective. However while reading through people's messages about it, there
are 2 things I noticed that were incorrect.
1. The group that has been accused of causing the property damage is
