When I think of the incredibly wasteful effort the State is forcing
school districts into with all their hat in hand approaches to fund

These articles are great! I just wish our Governor and Legislature would study them.
Using Property Taxes to fund statewide entitlements rather than just focusing on property related services creates huge inequities. Schools are the best example.
