Yes. There should be a 2.0.2 tag soon (hopefully), but /branches/
2.0/ is the same thing, for the time being.

Someone (Andy?) said that it might be feasible to even have it
handled live (that is, you type some text into RTE, click the
button, and the text you had typed into the RTE seamlessly appears in
the regular editor, all without a page reload!)
