[WSG] Foreign language issue

Hello list, I am having an issue with a client regarding Chinese HTML pages/emails. The client can see the page content correctly, but alt text for images - on hover in IE8 - as well as page title text, are appearing as little boxes. I don't get how the content is correct, but titles and alts
