after some more investigation, I noted that it happens always when a
station is calling CQ and it is decoded as last station at last decode
try. In my configuration the decode button is lighting 3 times.
I hope I can explain clearly wht is happening.

If you unplug your sound card, what happens at “Device management” (hope that

soundcard removed from “Sound, Video and Game driver” list when re-plugging
