Just removing the 1 || as you suggested has the same result as removing
the whole block as I did - the video overlays still function correctly.
I have just committed this change.

Hi,
I came across some troubles with colorkeying on savage driver.
From the sources I saw that there is a different handling with color key set
to zero vs. non-zero. From my opinion black should be treated as other colors
too.
I'd like to get some comments from driver developers.

Hi,
In the Olden Days, one might set the colors for the hands of xclock like
this:
xclock -hd blue

It seems to me that there's a Chipset specification in your /etc/X11/XF86Config
that the driver is not accepting. Delete it. Otherwise post your XF86Config.

Hi,
I just installed XFree86 4.4 over my 4.2 version on Redhat Linux 8.0. When I
reboot up, I can select GNOME in the Redhat login page, but it always
goes to the Default XFree XSM window manager. I did do a backup of stuff
before this issue, so I can use backup to restore my original settings.
Yes, it's a good idea, i will put a mask on my keyboard it will be
cleanest !
When the keyboard is grab it's possible to switch on tty1 or use the
mouse to kill the daemon, but now it's not a problem because it
works !! :)
Thanks for your help

I figured out it probably had something to do with my config from before
being overwritten, so they were written back again and I also did a
reconfigruation of XF86Config. Now I can get back into my GNOME windowing
system with root, but not any other user.
Any possibilities of why?

Let me take that back. Somehow, USA.keymapping showed up on my desktop
as a BINA. I put it into system - Keyboard Layout since I was unable
to find any other folders named Keyboard (folder was empty before I
added it). Below are the results of trying to launch X after doing so.
