I recently say someone using delicious tags for their blog, and it
seemed like a great idea on categorising a blog. However I thought I
should make sure if it's okay to do it before doing so.

I would find it extremely useful to be able capture that information for
websites with physical locations. http://www.geobloggers.com now will map
all del.icio.us posts tagged geotagged, but it requires geotagged
Is there a need to actually get all items on a horizontal line? Not
really.
Put it in the extended field, perhaps?

in their delicious posts? Are you really wanting to bookmark other
websites and specify your own location separate from any location that
website (or the link itself) might already declare?
