That sounds awful. I have the feeling (from some stacktraces that people has send me) that the RI of JSR105 has some apache code in it(some package is call apache). But I didn't want to dig dipper as reading the download EULA give me headaches :( So as I also don't know if they are going to merge the changes soon, I was planning to begin to do one implementation. But now, with this information I can wait a little more to see how the issue resolve.
Well.. the ping I send out last night came back fairly quickly with some good news. Apparently another set of documents is going to be send from Apache to Sun and IBM today.. so hopefully in another couple weeks :)
