Do you have multiple management servers and you are connecting to them via a load balancer?

I'm working on setting the new server like the old one and I am having trouble adding items to the Incident Classification list. Actually I can add new items, but when I close the console and reopen it those new items are gone from the list. I am logged on to the server as an admin and the account is in the administrators role in SCSM. I haven't been able to find a solution on the web. Can anyone help me? Thank you, Michael
