Bob -- maybe I missed it -- what is NCD and where can I get that? Or do I need it? I'm beginning my amalgam removal process next week, but with a mercury-free dentist who will use oral dam, suction and fresh-air apparatus for breathing. I'm going to get the charcoal tablets and the chorella. MA

You should take 3 caps of activated charcoal along with a tablespoonful of chlorella an hour before the procedure, and repeat right afterwards.
