I took about a heaping teaspoon in about a cup or so of water. I did get some major GI distress, but that is much easier to deal with than the horrid nausea and pain of a migraine! (To me anyway.)

Other than Imitrex/Zomig I have never found anything to be effective on any migraine I've ever had! I think now I have the Trisalts formula again I shall try to track some down. Also look for a source of Rennies. By the way, while I was searching I came across (but didn't keep) a reference to Alka Seltzer Gold, which had an ingredient that I wouldn't be willing to accept. Forget what it was.
