I think Tennant is scamming ya'll.

What you are measuring is related to galvanic skin response..probably..capacitive discharge pathways for an uneven electro-potential and wetter and dryer areas of skin being connected by the meter.

Your skin is always picking up and discharging electrons from the environment...radiation, carpets on and on.
