Oh, yes, thyroid someone mentioned seems to be a big component for many.  Mind 
you, I only ever tested as having a thyroid prob once, and one bottle of the 
homeopathic remedy by Sanum fixed it for me.  A neighbour, however, needed 
more.  So I deduce from this that my thyroid was not a longstanding or 
continuing problem.
