Did you have any experience with using SystemImager 3.5.2 (CVS/SVN) and SATA
HDs?
I tried this out with my Systemimager 3.5.2 installation (as described in
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=7456172&forum_id=10334
)
on a HP EVO dc7100 desktop PC with Intel 915 chipset and
a SATA disk.
While si_getimage creates an image correctly on the server,
the node installation phase doesn't work: The SystemImager
installation says that it can't find /dev/sda (the SATA disk
which appears as a SCSI device).
The correct driver for this disk is "ata_piix" (as seen
during installation from CD), so it would seem that
ata_piix is missing from the stock SystemImager kernel.
It seems that you'll have to modify the SystemImager kernel
in order to add SATA support...
