This may be related to some of the other threads, I'm not sure. I
recently upgraded a golden client to a 2.6 kernel and while I can run
getimage just fine, a client installed with this image will panic during
boot. I've tried some of things suggested regarding devfs and the grub
menu, but the only way (so far) that I have found to make things work
reliabley is to boot my golden client into a 2.4 kernel, run getimage,
then image my new client, which will boot into the 2.6 kernel fine.
All the machines are straight debian sarge, systemimager is the latest
installed from systemimager.org.
