Hi Junzo:

mkautoinstalldiskette is deprecated because the kernel/ramdisk is too big to
fit on a floppy disk. mkautoinstallcd is renamed to si_mkautoinstallcd (in
fact most SystemImager commands, if not all all) are prefixed with si_.

You need to create the autoinstallscript (with si_mkautoinstallscript)
regardless of what method you want to boot your client nodes. The script tells
the node what to do when it boots up, eg. partition disk, grab files, setup
network, etc.

Cheers,

Bernard

Hi Bernard,

Thank you for your input.
Now I reached a at point that I gathered the Golden Client images at a SI
server.
# si_getimage
# si_addclients

In the manual, it describes a few commands to install the golden image on
other machines, such as mkautoinstalldiskette and mkautoinstallcd.
But I can not find them.
What command should I use, si_mkautoinstallscript ?
I have DHCP in LAN.

Thank you in advance.
/Junzo
