I'm trying to create a kernel to use for pxebooting a client I'd like to
image, but due to the fact that my client's OS is severely messed up, I
cannot install the software onto the client to create a golden image. I have
a working 2.6.18 kernel for the client, but it doesn't populate the dev
correctly when i pxeboot it with the systemimager initrd. I was wondering if
there's a good way to create a kernel, or if there's a list of modules that
I can compile in, so that I can get this kernel to work with system imager.
