I wouldn't expect Firefox to print the content of plugins. However,
Adobe kindly released a binary standalone flash player for Linux with
their release of Flash 9 (as opposed to being forced to view swf files
inside a browser). You can grab it (along with some other dev tools)
at:

This standalone player seems to have a "Print" option, which hopefully
works, although I haven't actually tested it myself.

Failing that, you can always take a screenshot and print that, which
seems to work. Under KDE, ksnapshot is good, or under GNOME,
gnome-screenshot, or xwd for other window managers.
