David,

Thanks for the reply.

I've already got Flash Player 9 plugin installed for Firefox, and it has a print option - which as stated - doesn't work for me.

I can use KSnapShot to capture the image, but only a part of the map is shown and one must use the cursor or click on the "onscreen arrows" to move the image about.

What I need to do is download the whole image so that I can print it all at once.

Failing a solution I'll just move the map around, grabbing screen shots, then paste them together and then print. - pretty messy way to do it.

Thanks again

Bill

I wouldn't expect Firefox to print the content of plugins. However,
Adobe kindly released a binary standalone flash player for Linux with
their release of Flash 9 (as opposed to being forced to view swf files
inside a browser). You can grab it (along with some other dev tools)
at:

http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/9/flash_player_9_linux_dev.tar.gz

This standalone player seems to have a "Print" option, which hopefully
works, although I haven't actually tested it myself.

Failing that, you can always take a screenshot and print that, which
seems to work. Under KDE, ksnapshot is good, or under GNOME,
gnome-screenshot, or xwd for other window managers.
