Hi Vadim, soci-devel is developers-only mailing list. Since you have just got the commit access, I suppose you should be able to subscribe to it now. IMHO, soci-users and soci-devel could be merged, I don't see any reason to maintain two separate lists. We're small community. Perhaps it will happen in future.
