The "updated backends build" commit looks OK to me. So, if the MySQL part is OK, then I see no problem applying the whole changeset. Sergei, if you prefer pull request, that is OK but please keep the commits as narrow as possible. Means, the MySQL changes could be separated from the CMake ones.
