I this case, it appears to be exactly that, the cisco implementation very clearly states in a debug message that it doesn't know what to do when it gets the 200 ok w/o sdp, and immediately sends a bye. Can we add a tag to force sending sdp in that packet that can be passed through, also, can you toss me an rfc reference about how we are not supposed to send in the 200 ok after the 183 so we can file the bug with cisco.
