Hi,

Assuming 2012, you could turbulize the mesh using the"Turbulize Mesh" or 
"Turbulize Around Value" compoundsand then plug a Weightmap into Animation 
Speed.

I need to generate a basic turbulence across my cloud in order to drive some 
other values. The attached tree is what I am starting with but it's not really 
generating what I need. I am trying to create a clamp on the velocity of the 
cloud to create areas of stillness.
