This sounds ideal.

We should also do proper releases for all versions of Python except
bad releases.  This means that if anyone gets the time, we do complete
releases for any versions we are missing them for (2.7.3?).  The line
of thinking I believe is that there are people that have to use a
certain version, and we should make it easy for them if we can.
