Seems that the ExpressionEvaluator used in Struts Menu
2.1 is incompatible with the Tomcat 5's EL _expression_
evaluator. When Struts Menu tries to evaluate an
implicit object (e.g. "param"), it throws a class cast
exception because the ImplicitObjects in the JSTL's
_expression_ evaluator is not compatible with the
ImplicitObjects in the "commons-el" library used by
Tomcat 5.
