I'll look through you cases carefully, but now here is a quick suggestion - have you tried *.mov format instead of *.ogm? OGM requires significantly more CPU resources for the encapsulation than MOV (i.e. it need software checksum calculations, MOV just merges individual JPEG(JP4) frames and maintains a single index. When all the compression is done in software such overhead is barely noticeable, but in the camera most of the "hard labor" is done in the FPGA and the CPU - it is just a 200MHz one. Andrey
