Well Keith, I don't know...DO I want to fry rape oil in a pan? -- Until I found & joined this forum, I had never heard of Rape. But from the little info I have found it's in the same family (brassica) as Mustard and Canola-- both of which are edible, and I find quite tasty (especially the German mustards with the horseradish 'ZING' ;)
