<x-charset ISO-8859-1>Try a warehouse for commercial/municipal pool/water treatment. You should be able to get either for less than $20 a gallon, more like $12 for sulfuric and $18 for phosphoric.
If all else fails, contact Aqua Science in Columbus, Ohio, 614-252-5000 and ask if they know of any industrial supply house(s) in the Philadelphia-Baltimore area. There have to be several.
