<x-charset ISO-8859-1>Biodiesel naturally absorbs some water, hence the cloudiness after a wash.
The wash test recommended is simply to determine whether your fuel is of reasonable enough standard as to put in a tank. You don't do that until the fuel has clarified. That can be done either with time and gravity or heat and gravity. Trying to boil the water off is a waste of energy.
